CITY TICKET CITY TICKET VILLAGE TICKET VILLAGE TICKET PROPOSED BY INITIATIVE PETITION PROPOSED CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT VILLAGE TICKET Because some listed candidates are elected in specific districts, some races that appear on this sample ballot may not appear on the ballot you receive. To view your specific sample ballot, visit http://ne.gov/go/votercheck. Any person who votes in a precinct where they no longer reside shall be guilty of a Class III misdemeanor. You may vote for less but not more than the number indicated for each contest. On Election Day, polls are open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. You may mark this sample ballot at home and bring it to the polls to save time when voting. DARKEN THE OVAL COMPLETELY. BALLOT ROTATION - Please be advised: This is a sample ballot, and state law requires rotation of the candidates’ names. As such, the order on this ballot may differ from the ballot you receive. Write-ins are allowed for all offices where this is an oval and a line. You do not have to vote for every race or contest.
