Hours: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Saturday and 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday

What it offers: Hands-on activities and exhibits; live science demonstrations, science of raptors programs, summer camps, birthday parties, facility rentals, field trips and Edgerton on the Move, a collection of science-related activities the center brings to schools or other places.

Admission: Adults and children age 2 and older, $9.95; seniors age 60 and older and military members, $8.95; groups of 10 or more, $8 per person; yearly memberships available.
