TELCOR is excited to announce the promotion of Stuart Zetterman, vice president, Human Resources. Zetterman joined TELCOR in 2008.

As the vice president of Human Resources (HR), Zetterman provides leadership and oversight of the HR team overseeing the daily workflow of the HR and wellness program teams. He leads the team to manage recruiting, hiring, and retention while ensuring TELCOR’s compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and facilitate related training.

Union Bank & Trust promotes Soulliere

Union Bank & Trust recently promoted Miranda Soulliere to vice president – business development manager at its University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL) location.

William J. Mueller leads Nebraska State Bar

Swanson Russell promotes eight in Lincoln and Omaha

Lowry Engstrom to retire from General Excavating

Lincoln, Nebraska, after nearly 45-years of service, General Excavating is announcing the retirement of Senior Project Manager Lowry Engstrom. Mr. Engstrom has been with General Excavating since 1977 and has since worked his way to senior project manager. Lowry’s impact on the growth of General Excavating is profound and his ability to look for solutions when the work got tough will be missed.

Lincoln Community Foundation grants $1.5 million

Thanks to the foresight of generous donors, Lincoln Community Foundation made grants in November of $1.5 million for 195 nonprofit organizations, 116 of which were local. These grants came from designated funds created by donors to support their favorite nonprofits and houses of worship. These endowed funds provide annual financial support to the organizations specified by the donors, helping the community and the nonprofits grow and thrive forever.  

Established in 1955, the Lincoln Community Foundation strives to continually enrich the Lincoln community by promoting and achieving perpetual philanthropic support. The foundation currently manages more than $190 million in assets and has distributed more than $189 million in grants to nonprofit organizations that have improved the lives of thousands of residents.

Gary Dulgar joins Habitat for Humanity of Lincoln

Gary Dulgar joins Habitat for Humanity of Lincoln as the new construction manager. Recently retired after a nearly 30-year career in construction project management, Dulgar most recently completed a stint with FEMA as a program delivery manager.

Dulgar holds a bachelor's degree in architecture as well as an MBA with an additional graduate certificate in project management. He is a member of the Construction Management Association of America and the Project Management Institute.

Swanson Russell hires eight in Lincoln and Omaha
