You have to try: Kyle Lamb’s dining suggestion is to start with the Hot Mess Dip (guacamole surrounded by queso and topped with choice of cactus chicken, pork carnitas, ground beef or rajas con crema), $9.99, and follow it up with the Fried Taco Enchilada (choice of barbacoa, cactus chicken, salmon, ground beef, pork carnitas or rajas con crema, fried flour tortillas loaded with cheddar jack cheese on a bed of beans, finished with red enchilada sauce, pico de gallo and crema), $11.99.
