Filmmaker Alexander Payne is set to release “The Holdovers,” a movie set in a New England prep school in 1970. Like all his films, it has shoutouts about Omaha, including friends, locations and history. Payne grew up in Omaha and still lives there most of the time. He also has homes in Los Angeles and Greece.
