GIRLPowR, the nonprofit organization that Julie Reager of Lincoln started nearly three years ago to empower girls, is growing. It’s expanding in Kumaica, Nicaragua, where Reager once served in the Peace Corps and returned in 2013 to start GIRLPowR. And it’s expanding right here in Lincoln.
