Isabel Rousseau was at the Lincoln Sports Foundation Complex several years ago when her young life changed for the better, when elbow pads and helmets and roller skates became a regular part of her wardrobe.

No Coast Roller Derby tournaments

No Coast Roller Derby will host two more tournaments at the Ice Box,1880 Transformation Dr., this season, including their 20th anniversary game on Aug. 9, where alumni will be honored.

Their other game will be July 19.   

General admission tickets are $16. Doors will open at 4:30 p.m. and Mad Maxines will skate in the first bout beginning at 5 p.m.
