From October 4, Live Nation will require attendees to show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test at all its US events. The rule will also apply to all artists and crew members. The company will require its employees to be vaccinated in order to attend any of its events or visit its offices. Live Nation president and CEO Michael Rapion said that “vaccines are going to be your ticket back to shows”. We will be following the model we developed for Lollapalooza and requiring this for artists, fans and employees at Live Nation venues and festivals, Michael Rapion, Live Nation President and CEO. This comes after it was confirmed that Lollapalooza 2021, which took place in Chicago, was not a super-spreader event. More than 90% of the roughly 385,000 attendees were vaccinated
