Harrison Yost, a sophomore history major at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln sits among bookshelves at Oldfather Hall on Saturday. Yost, who was diagnosed with autism when he was a first grader, said he has “infinitely benefited” from a variety of accommodations during his school career made possible by Section 504 of the federal Rehabilitation Act, which is being targeted by a lawsuit from 17 Republican attorneys general, including Nebraska's.

Harrison Yost, a sophomore history major at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln sits among bookshelves at Oldfather Hall on Saturday. Yost, who was diagnosed with autism when he was a first grader, said he has “infinitely benefited” from a variety of accommodations during his school career made possible by Section 504 of the federal Rehabilitation Act, which is being targeted by a lawsuit from 17 Republican attorneys general, including Nebraska's.
