The City Council approved an entertainment district bounded by Q and R in the West Haymarket. People will be able to carry drinks in the outdoor areas of the district which includes the courtyard for the Railyard development on the east side of Canopy Street and an interior courtyard between the Canopy Street Lofts and a small hotel being built on the west side. People will not normally be allowed to cross Canopy Street with drinks.
