State attacks judge's injunction overturning same-sex marriage ban

Attorneys for Nebraska on Tuesday filed a brief stating their case for why the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals should reverse a federal judge's March injunction that overturned the state's ban on same-sex marriages.
