The state Capitol was quiet last week, but activity will resume on Wednesday when senators return for the start of the 107th Legislature.

Plexiglas divides each row of senators in the legislative chamber, where the 107th Legislature will begin work Wednesday. Senators will be encouraged to wear masks and the number of staff will be limited on the floor. First order of business today will be to elect a speaker and committee chairs.
