Convicted murderer Angelo Bol has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of his cellmate Kevin Carter in prison. He was found not responsible due to insanity. The state settled a lawsuit brought by Carter's family for $395,000.

Convicted murderer Angelo Bol has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of his cellmate Kevin Carter in prison. He was found not responsible due to insanity. The state settled a lawsuit brought by Carter's family for $395,000.
