Marian Fisher, an 80-year-old retired teacher from Lincoln, walked to a protest outside Sen. Pete Ricketts' downtown Lincoln office in the 95-degree heat Friday afternoon. She wanted to urge Ricketts to vote down the Senate GOP's policy bill that would extend 2017 tax cuts but would cut billions of dollars more from Medicaid than legislation the House passed last month.
