Land owned by Olson Farms Inc. to the right of Hershey-Dickens Road is one of two sections optioned Sept. 9 by Limitless North Platte LLC of Lehi, Utah, for a potential data center six miles south of Interstate 80 Exit 164 in Lincoln County. Limitless, which filed for permission to do business in Nebraska Sept. 17, holds options to buy Olson’s 604.2-acre section and a 603.04-acre section just to its south owned by All Cattle Farm LLC. The firm applied Sept. 18 for a “new load process” study with Nebraska Public Power District.

The location of NPPD’s Gerald Gentleman Station is labeled about seven miles west-northwest of the outlined sections.
