Hours: Monday – Thursday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.; Sunday, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Seating: Dining Room-66; Bar-35; Patio-40 Dine in and carry out; working on providing catering.
Full Bar: Craft beer, spirits and wine, with 18 Blue Blood beers on tap, one guest tap.
Robber’s Cave Tours: Public tours Wednesday nights and Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Private tours also scheduled. Check website for ticket information.

Executive Chef Casey Dixon opts for the Charred Brussels Sprouts (Brussels sprouts charred to perfection with candied bacon, shaved gruyere cheese, Okhrana Imperial Stout gastrique and sage, $8.90), while owner Brian Podwinski observes it is a tough choice, but decides on the decadent-sounding Pint of Candied Bacon (pecan wood-smoked bacon, candied with McKinney’s Irish Red Ale glaze, $6.90).
