On the A Café menu, Aaron Young said that the Adobo Turkey is his “go-to” lunch, and when asked for catering suggestions he advises either the Cajun Shrimp Wrap (Cajun-seasoned shrimp wrapped in a spinach tortilla with lettuce, cheese and Southern zesty sauce, $8 per person) or the Whole Grain Mustard Crusted Porkloin (served with peas and carrots, rice and dinner roll, $7.50 per person).
