Data centers are being discussed globally, and Nebraska is no exception. Concerns include utility costs, grid infrastructure, landowner rights, groundwater conservation, and air quality, to name a few. Nebraskans' differing opinions abound, and passions run high. The process of decision-making on data centers matters as much as the policy. We must ensure we are meeting on neutral ground in the data center conversation as our communities are divided.
