Memorial Stadium will be deserted for another fall Saturday after the cancellation of the Nebraska-Wisconsin football game.

On a typical Husker football home opener, the statue of Nebraska quarterback Brook Berringer and Husker head coach Tom Osborne would be crowded with fans taking pictures with it, but on Saturday it sat quiet with the season postponed because of COVID-19.
